Danny Royce is an actor, podcast host, writer, director, published model and fitness expert currently based in Los Angeles, CA. Danny is of African, Latino, and Native American descent fluent in Spanish language. He grew up in Chicago exhuming his passions in musicals and show choirs. He played numerous sports, including baseball, football, volleyball, and always been a natural leader by being captain of his teams. He has attained degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.
Danny was scouted by a modeling agency when working as an Event Manager and eventually decided to venture to the west coast to pursue his acting career full time. He moved to Los Angeles and continued honing his craft with acting coaches Mike Pointer, Casey Lee, among others. Currently he is enrolled in Ivana Chubbuck Studios' Advance Class.
He has over 10 films under his belt, including 3 original playwrights and 5 music videos. Some credits include the hit gospel play "When Sin Comes Knocking," the feature film "The Program," and "Flash." He was recently cast in the lead role, as Miguel in the well buzzed short film "93 Miles." He was also seen as the lead in the play "To Be a Black Woman," and also hired as principal in a SyFy commercial. He recently performed in the NBC Actors Showcase.
Danny is also a radio broadcaster and television announcer hosting his own podcast show "Let's chat!" On the sides, he keeps busy working part-time as a Studio Tour Guide for NBC Universal for the past year.
Danny, who has always been very athletic, maintains a good healthy regimen. He wanted to help and inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle, so he started a fitness company last year and named it Royce FiT, which focuses on fitness and self healing. He keeps his number one motto .. which is "Born to inspire!"
